Return & Exchange Policy


 

**Exchange Policy is not applicable for Overseas orders (outside of Singapore)

 

Non-Defect Outfit Exchange Policy

  1. Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable

    • All plus-size/specially ordered outfits (e.g., bridesmaid outfits) and sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless defects are found.
  2. Worn or Washed Items

    • Outfits that have been worn or washed are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  3. Size Exchange Only

    • Customers can exchange non-defective outfits for a different size only, subject to availability. The outfit must be in mint condition with the tag intact.
  4. Exchange Notice

    • Customers must email adriannayariqa@gmail.com or message +65 8922 6613 / +6019 288 0811 within 3 days of receipt to request an exchange. Provide the order details and a screenshot of the delivery receipt.
  5. Approval & Mailing

    • A “Notice of Approval to Exchange” will be issued if the request complies with the policy. Mail the outfit within 7 days of approval to the following address:

    Customers must bear delivery costs and are strongly advised to use registered mail and include their return address. Adrianna Yariqa LLP is not responsible for lost exchanges.

  6. Final Terms

    • Exchanges are limited to one size change per order and must be completed within 7 days of purchase.
    • Exchanged items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged again unless a defect is found.

Defective Outfit Policy

  1. Check Upon Receipt

    • Customers must check outfits immediately upon receipt. Dissatisfaction with fabric or slight color variations due to monitor display are not considered defects.
  2. Worn or Washed Items

    • Defective outfits that have been worn or washed are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  3. Report Defects

    • Report defects within 7 days of receipt by emailing adriannayariqa@gmail.com or messaging +65 8922 6613 / +6019 288 0811. Include photos of the defect, delivery receipt, and details of the issue.
  4. Return Approval

    • A “Notice of Approval to Return” will be issued if the report complies with the policy. Mail the outfit within 7 days of approval to:

    Use your national postal service's registered mail. Include your return address on the envelope and send a screenshot of the delivery receipt to adriannayariqa@gmail.com. Private couriers (e.g., UPS, DHL) are not eligible for delivery cost refunds. Adrianna Yariqa LLP is not responsible for lost returns due to non-compliance with these instructions.

  5. Refund Options

    • Customers can choose between:
      Option 1: Exchange (subject to availability) – The replacement outfit will be sent upon receipt of the returned outfit. Delivery costs will be refunded as store credit or bank transfer.
      Option 2: Store Credit – Refund will include the outfit price and return delivery costs, issued as store credit after the returned outfit is received.
